Olympia Ship Management
We conduct periodic in-house courses on Planned Maintenance, Accounting, Safety Management, ISPS (SSO) etc. We also conduct seminars which focus on Human Resource Management on board, Safety at work, Commercial Management and such. We utilize external faculty where appropriate to supplement our own internal faculty.
Our senior staff on board is encouraged to give effective training to the junior officers so that they in turn can realize their potential. We subscribe to various magazines and videos which are used for on board training and development.
